No return or cancel option available. Returns won’t be accepted due to reasons like: the design or color is not right, i don’t like the fabric/color/design etc.
You must check the parcel in front of the delivery man before receiving it. Otherwise, no complaints will be accepted.
You can’t partially receive the dress/order. It’s not possible to keep one item and refuse the other. Therefore, please understand the terms and order accordingly.
There is absolutely no option for exchange for reasons other than size. If there’s a size issue or the wrong size was ordered, the size can be changed.
Exchange request time frame: within 3 days from the day you receive the parcel. Charges for exchange parcel according to the policy are-
Inside dhaka- 80tk(delivery charge)+ 20tk (Exchange fee)
Outside dhaka- 130tk (delivery charge) + 50tk (Exchange fee)
Sub area- 100tk (delivery charge) + 20tk (Exchange fee)

Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
For product exchange, the product must be unused and returned in the exact condition it was received, along with the original tag and original packaging.
Return, exchange and refund policy will not be applicable for any discounted products. Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
