Order Process
1. Browse and Select: Explore our collections and choose your desired products.
2. Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” to add products to your shopping bag.
3. Checkout: Review your order and proceed to checkout.
4. Customer information: Completing your purchase you need to share some personal details: Name, Address, Phone number etc.
5. Payment: Choose your payment method and make payment. Inside you can avail the cash on delivery but outside Dhaka you have to pay an advance (condition applied) to confirm the order.
6. Order Confirmation: In last receive an order confirmation message in your screen.
Delivery Process
- Our delivery partner is ‘Pathao’
- For inside Dhaka, delivery charge is 80tk (cash on delivery applicable). If your order value is above 5000tk then advance (500tk) is required to confirm the order.
- For Sub areas (Narayanganj,Savar, Dohar,Keraniganj,Gazipur,Ashulia,Tongi) delivery charge is130 tk. 500tk is needed to be paid in advance.
If the order value reaches 5000tk then 1000tk has to be paid in advance. - For Outside Dhaka delivery charge is130 tk. 500tk is needed to be paid in advance.
If the order value reaches 5000tk then 1000tk has to be paid in advance. - Due payment will be paid while receiving the product.
